Lots has happened since I last wrote and 2010 has been one of the most fruitful years of the last 8. I was going to say "of my life" in order to create greater impact, but that just would not be true.

So, keeping with my honesty policy, the letter below is a sales pitch. It's actually quite a good one, and yes I will receive a small payment if you decide to purchase the product. The reason I have bothered to mention it to you is because, in my opinion, its pretty darn cool.

Thanks for joining me again. Yes, it's been a while hasn't it. No, I've not been under a rock, or the weather for that matter. I've been totally focused on a project I wanted to have completed by January 30. I finished it a already... feels great to start the new decade with some runs on the board.

How about you? I trust you have your vision and hopes for your future in place. Yeh, I must agree it can be a challenge to get the blur out of the picture of possibilities, however, just start on what you CAN focus on and the rest of the picture will start to become clearer.

So, I must say, One of the projects to be completed in the coming months does concern you. How would you like to have access to a system that helps you build your own stockpile of silver bullion on autopilot? What if you could actually have a percentage of that stockpile delivered to your door for free? The catch???? Of course there is always a catch and there are never really any free lunches.

Thanks for joining me again.

Yeh, it's going to Christmas in about 3 weeks... OMG.... did I just say it's about 3 weeks away? Now that caught me by surprise. It shouldn't though, I mean, December 25th comes around at exactly the same time every year.

So why is it that it seams to catch some of us by surprise?

I must be brutally honest. The answer is simple... It can be any or all of the following; Poor planing, distraction, procrastination, thinking that you have plenty of time and not looking at the calender. etc...

So, ok, there is your heads up, now do yourself a favor, get out there and gather your gifts for the ones you love. Christmas day sure feels nicer if you are not making excuses for what you didn't do.

Dean here, thanks for joining me again.

Breakfast with Bob today was nothing short of brilliant. I don't often make the live calls, as I usually catch the replay line, however today was a bonus for Deano...

I think we've all heard of ,or have an idea of the effects of compound interest. Do you think that the concept could be applied to time?

Here's some of the insights that made the idea light bulb that hovers above my head glow brighter.

We all have 24 hours in a day. Of that 24, basically at least 12 is taken up with living and sustaining life. e.g. sleeping is about 8 hours, three meals a day about 3 hours, personal hygiene etc, can easily fill up the rest of the 12.

This leaves about 12 hours to be productive and enjoy life with.

Presuming we have already placed the "big rocks" in first, time with loved ones etc, what percentage of time can you spend everyday on a specific cashflow making project?

Lets look at some numbers and percentages to get a clearer idea.

3% of your day = roughly 21 minutes... If you could take 3% of your day EVERY DAY and totally focus that time into the achievement and completion of a cashflow generating project, what sort of results do you think you could have? Obviously 21 minutes isn't much time but it is a good start.

What about 5% of your day every day... this equals 36 minutes... Mmm just over half an hour each and every day of dedicated focussed time on a single cashflow project, what sort of results do you think you could have? The compounding affects would definatley create a difference, but, would it be enough to make an impact on your financial life?

What if we raised the interest rate to 8% of your productive time? This is almost an hour (57 minutes).... Do you think this compound interest of time would seriously begin to effect your progress? Yeh, I have to agree with you, at this point of focussed time each day, I think we would be starting to create some momentum...

And when you think about it,,, Momentum is what it is really all about... creating momentum on a given project, creating positive momentum in life is what helps us roll over the speed bumps and throughthe temporay setbacks that are par for the course of any worthy endeavour.

So far, the compound interest of time examples have been relatively small. Yet they will make a difference, however, if your project is massive, you will obviously need to use a greater percentage of your time to acheive "critical mass" (term to describe the existence of sufficient momentum in a system such that the momentum becomes self-sustaining and fuels further growth.)

Here's a few more examples;

10% = 72 minutes

15% =108 minutes

20% = 144 minutes

25% = 180 minutes

Wow, at 25% compound interest of your time each day, you are heading towards a velocity of momentum that will surely launch any well planned project into rapid completion and  fulfillment.

Sure is food for thought hey.

I just wanted to give you all an update on the N1Way internet system. Apparently eBay has changed the payout to affiliates system. As a result, the N1Way system, which worked great by the way, is not quite as cool for making money with eBay. Still works with amazon though... just not as lucrative.
